  The food is good, the prices are right and the servers are great. However their teenage hostesses know how to ruin an experience. We already had to wait and the hostess decided to seat her friends before the multitude of families in front of them. Very disappointed that kind of behavior is tolerated in the staff. At that point we left and went to El Taco Mexican down the street. Makes it difficult to want to go back when you know your business isn’t valued.

  Bad cold food. Slow incomsist service. Noisey and cramped .

  Good experience at Los Arcos. Good service, and a good amount of food for the price at lunch. Always nice when the restaurant has lunch specials on the weekend. Salsa could have been better, but other than that it was good.

  I was a regular, going here at least once a week. But yesterday I went for lunch and they charged my credit card $5 more than what was on the bill when they brought it out to the table. My rewards card had also reset which meant I was supposed to get $10 off, but they didn't give me the discount. I went to the front to get it corrected, but the main guy there told me that I had to ask for the reward discount or they wouldn't give it to me. He actually said we don't want to give you the reward, so you have to keep up with it when it rolls over. Funny because my balance went back to zero, so I guess if I didn't keep up with it, I would just lose it. I told him I wish they hadn't given me a rewards card if that's their policy. He acknowledged we were regulars there, but still treated us like that. So, a sneaky upcharge on my bill and trying to hide the fact that I had a discount with my rewards card...if that's they way they're doing business now, I won't be going back.

  Great food, great atmosphere. People from all age groups can enjoy themselves.
